1. What are the costs for hostess and catering services in Istanbul?
Our 2026 rates are transparent: Hostess fees start at ₺2,600 per day, and catering packages start at ₺6,725 per day. These rates provide a baseline for your budget planning at TÜYAP and IFM.
2. What are the differences between Service, Welcome, and Interpreter Hostesses?
Welcome Hostess: Manages the first point of contact, visitor registration, and lead direction.
Service Hostess: Handles hospitality, premium coffee service, and booth cleanliness.
Interpreter Hostess: Provides fluent language support (English, German, Russian, French, etc.) and masters technical or commercial jargon for international B2B meetings.
3. What are the catering logistics and technical requirements for TÜYAP and IFM?
Deliveries are completed at least 1 hour before the halls open. We provide fresh, daily-prepared catering using our own logistics fleet.
Technical setup requirements:
Space: A service counter of approximately 1.5 meters is required.
Equipment: We install a fully automatic professional coffee machine, a tea brewer, and a Turkish coffee machine.
Power: A total of 3 power outlets are required. A small storage shelf or bar area is recommended for efficiency.
